Last updated: April 19, 2026
This Content Rights notice explains how intellectual property rights apply to materials available through EcoleUp and what users may and may not do with that content.
Ownership of Content
Educational lessons, exercises, quizzes, illustrations, animations, audio, text, videos, software, logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by EcoleUp or licensed to EcoleUp. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The EcoleUp name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
License to Users
Subject to the Terms of Service, EcoleUp grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content on a personal device and use interactive features for personal, non-commercial education. A single copy may be printed or saved only where an explicit option is provided.
Restrictions
Users may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, modify, translate, create derivative works, use content commercially, remove ownership notices, scrape content, or embed the Service elsewhere without written permission.
User-Submitted Content
Users represent that submitted content belongs to them or may legally be submitted, does not infringe third-party rights, and is appropriate for an educational environment. By submitting content, users grant EcoleUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to operate and improve the Service. Submitted content is not used for advertising or shared publicly without consent.
Third-Party Content
Some content may come from third-party licensors. That content remains the property of its rights holders and is subject to the same usage restrictions.

To report suspected copyright infringement, contact ecoleup2@gmail.com with your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material, the required good-faith statements, and your electronic or physical signature.
